Help us make a real difference
We have 10 years' experience of providing one-to-one reading support and we know that our work improves the reading age of our young people dramatically. As a direct consequence, self-esteem and confidence improve, social skills develop and we are helping to inspire a life-long love of reading and learning.
Reading Matters is a registered charity and is being developed as an effective social enterprise to help us reach as many young people as possible. As such, we aim to minimise our costs and to maximise efficiencies. We are also committed to reinvesting in the organisation earned income from our training services.
This means that any donation you are able to make, no matter how small, will be used effectively, to benefit the young people we support. It will go directly to helping recruit, train and support our reading helpers and will enable us to work in more schools with more children. So if you have a passion for literacy and learning, if you care about developing the full potential of all our young people, then make a donation today through Google Checkout.
Alternatively, send a cheque made payable to:
Reading Matters and post to:
PO Box 500,
Halifax Road,

Thank you for your donation on behalf of us all here at Reading Matters and on behalf of the young people we continue to support.
